A Compensation Advocate will generally be the first point of call. The Compensation Advocate will assist the claimant to complete the necessary documentation for their claim. It is important to note that the Compensation Advocate will only use factually correct information when completing a claim.
The Compensation Advocate will act as your representative whilst the claim is being processed and can be contacted for updates on your claims progress. However, it should be noted that the Compensation Advocate does not have any influence over the determination of the claim, or the speed in which it is processed.
Appointments can be made by calling 02 6056 5285. One of our reception staff will make an appointment with a Compensation Advocate that fits with your availability.
